Late-breaking News… Elements Kitchen is out — but we heard a rumor after we’d already recorded the podcast. Supposedly the food and beverage person from Chateau Marmont in Hollywood has signed the lease for the space next to Pollen on Colorado. More news to come on that one.
Also too late for the podcast — Paper, at 2120 Colorado Boulevard, in the old F*ART space, opens Tuesday, December 4 just in time for the holidays. Paper will specialize in letterpress stationary and fine wrapping papers, as well as coffee table books.
